Anthonia Carter

Postdoctoral Associate

Dr. Anthonia Carter is a researcher, data scientist, and designer. Her work motivates the design of effective and equitable interventions for advancing the economic mobility of historically resource-constrained communities. Her research investigates the underlying mechanisms driving resource (in particular venture funding) allocation decisions. Dr. Carter is a Ph.D. graduate in Information Science at Cornell University. She is an interdisciplinary scholar, having previously received bachelor’s degrees in Mathematics and Art Studio and master’s degrees in Mathematics, Multidisciplinary Innovation, and Information Science.
